About RIS

Hi, all, I want to use RIS in our Section. But I meet some
problems.
When I boot from ewa0, the kernel can boot but then it fail.
The fail problem is:

mount root os1:fail, rpc status 15
panic(cpu 0):vfs_mountroot:cannot mount root
syncing disks... done

Why? If someone knows the problem, please help me. Thanks
