swxcr configuration

Hello all,

I am waiting for a callback from Digital (Compaq), so I thought I'd
send this off here too.

Here is my configuration:

        alpha 2100
        DU 4.0b
        StorageWorks 230

On one controller, I have a JBOD in slot 0 and slots 1-6 make up a
RAID 5. I want to change the JBOD, which is a 2gb disk, with a 4gb
disk. I shutdown the machine, swapped the disks, and started swxcrmgr.
The system still saw it as a 2gb disk. I tried to delete that group,
but it only lets you delete the last group created (which is my 20gb
RAID 5 group - I'd rather not do that).

I tried using the diskconfig utility, but it only recognized it as a 2gb
disk. When I use disklabel, it complains about overlapping partitions when
I try to write it.

I'm not sure if autoconfig is what I want to do or not. I really don't want
to take a chance of losing the data that is on the RAID 5 (retrieving from
tape would take too long).

If anybody has any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing them.

Thanks.
