DE500-AA PCI 10/100 for 1000 4/233

Hi,

        I am looking for DE500-AA PCI 10/100 card for 1000 4/233.
        Can anybody suggest me a place to get it? I will be installing
        this card on a machine running 3.2C. I think I need to update
        the OS to atleast 3.2G right?

        Any other caveates that I should worry about?
