SUMMARY: Strange crashes on a Alpha 2100

It appears that the problem was a fault (possibly cache) on CPU 0. We had
the DEC service guy move the CPU 0 card from slot 0 to slot 1. Even though
the machine stopped crashing, the errors still occured. In the end we
replaced the CPU board and haven't had an error since.

Btw, when I wrote this message, I said it was an AS 4100 when in reality it
was actually an AS 2100. Some days I just don't think hard enough :)
