10/100 cards for alphastations...

Hi all:
We just ordered two 10/100 ethernet cards for two of our alphastations,
a 600A/500 and a 200 4/166. DEC was told the model numbers, and asked
to supply the appropriate cards. What they sent us was two DE500-BA
cards. I suspect the cards themselves will work fine, but DEC only sent
instructions and driver disks for Windows, Dos, and MacOS. Gurrrr!!!
Soo, my questions to the group:

        1) Are these the appropriate cards for our workstations? If
not, what is the proper DEC part number for the cards for these
        machines?

        2) What mods do we need to make to the kernel config files? We'd
like to disable (if possible) the built in ethernet.

        3) Do we need any drivers? We're running DU 4.0. If we do
need additional drivers, where can we find them?

Thanks in advance for any info you can give. I'll post a summary when I
have gotten some definitive answers and gotten the cards working.

Cheers,
--Lee
