Hello all,
I am trying to install DU 4.0D on a VME 5/480 Alpha from an optical
disk. I do a default install. The packages get installed and configured.
The kernel is built and it reboots. The text login comes up and then the
message stating that it is switching to the graphical login. The console
log window comes up with a message "Console Log of "<machine name>, then
an hourglass cursor appears. Then nothing. No error messages in the log
window. I have tried to reboot into the hard disk afterwards without
success.
Any ideas?
