grep -l xmkmf /usr/.smdb./*.inv
/usr/.smdb./OSFMANWOS425.inv
/usr/.smdb./OSFXMIT425.inv
Use grep on those files to find what subset contains the thing you are
looking for. Obviously, the first is just the man pages. The second is the
one you want.

Now I have to discover why the subset is there but xmkmf isn't...
