This is a late summary, however since no one from this list ever
responded to my posting, I really had nothing to summarize? Not a
problem just the way things worked out.
Anyhow, I found the answer on my own. The new version of ASDU is V4.0A.
It comes on the associated products CD with Digital Unix 4.0E.
I just received my DU 4.0E distribution and found the new ASDU.
