[Q] CDE: Cutting from eXcursions and pasting into Win95

     A senior analyst in our shop swears he was able to cut highlighted
     text from his eXcursions CDE X-term emulator and then paste that text
     into his Window95 word processor. Now he claims he can't do this any
     more. He would like to know which of his settings has changed so he
     can fixed this back the way it use to be.
     
     [Q] Who controls the Common Desktop's cut & paste buffer? Is it
     eXcursion running on the window95 platform, or is it Unix who manages
     this cut and paste buffer?
     
     [Q] Should the Window95 cut and paste buffers be able to communicate
     with this "other" cut and paste buffer?
