DU4.0d advfs crashes the system

Tonight I update my system from DU3.2 to DU4.0d.
I tried to reuse my advfs domains. The command
/sbin/advfs/advscan -a -g
shows

Scanning devices /dev/rrz26 /dev/rrz35

 Partition Domain Id

/dev/rrz26c 32305378.000e3150 V3, dismounted
                                        2 volumes in domain

                Last mount Mon Dec 28 20:11:09 1998

but any other advfs command crashes the system.
Is it impossible to reuse V3 domains under DU4.0d ?
