FTP problem, correction

I told you wrong OS version, it is DEC OSF/1 3.0.

That is, when transferring data with ftp to or from that
system, ftp hangs after 2 megabytes of data with no
error messages anywhere. Is this a known bug, that
is corrected in later revisions?
