Quick question ...when I tell it to label a 4mm tape that's
been used before, and it says "Warning you're about to recycle tape"
and I say go ahead... Doesn't it start the tape at the beginning?
I had a vol get full, so I put a vol partb in the drive and labelled
it and mounted it and now it seems it only used 1000 out of 4000 of
it's capacity (i.e. I'm NOT getting 4gbs!)
this is for a 4mm tlz06 type device (might be tlz07 I forget at this
moment...) ...
Am I missing something here? I thought the relabel would initialize the
tape? ... because now it wants a 3rd tape. I'll use a blank this time.
