System Management Tool for Digital Unix 3.2G

I am new to the DEC Unix world -- I have come from
an AIX machine. On the AIX machine I use to use a
utility called SMIT to do all management functions
such as creating Logical volumes, creating users,
etc. Does Digital have such a product or does
anyone know of a 3rd party product that does
this????
