DDR entry for Archive Python tape

We have an Archive Python 2 tape drive/stacker (ARCHIVE Python 28849-XXX 5.AC)
which appears to need a DDR entry to function correctly. Does anyone
have the ddr.dbase entry, or know where I might find it? I tried crafting
one myself by modifying an existing entry but that seemed to just
make matters worse.
