Licences for DU 4.0b

Hello,

I'm using DU v 3.2c and I would like to do a fresh installation of DU4.x on
this computer, my system is dual-processor. This is my question:

Does the licenses ( OSF-BASE, OSF-USR, etc ) that I have installed on my
DU3.2c can be used on my new DU4.0b ? Do I require different licenses when
pass from version 3.x to version 4.x ?
