mpeg_play for DU4.0

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a working mpeg_play for DU4.0? Thanks and read
no further unless interested in the history.

We recently upgraded from 3.2 to 4.0, and mpeg_play does not work.
It fails with a segmentation fault.

Our old version was dynamically linked...version 3.11-2.

I got the new compiled version from mm-ftp.cs.berkeley.edu, which is
                                         version 3.11-6
and this also fails with:
  Shared memory error, disabling.
  Segmentation fault

I got the source for 2.3, but make is failing because it doesn't find
several include files.
