Hi,
I installed Magordomo 1.94.4 on UNIX 4.0B with the latest
patch kit, Perl Version 5.004 and Netscape Messaging Server 3.01.
The {./wrapper config -test} runs cleanly with this output :-
$ ./wrapper config-test

------------------ Checking majordomo.cf ------------------
Checking to see if there are new variables that should be in
your majordomo.cf file...Nope, none that I see.
Have you configured where Majordomo is?
$whereami is internic1.uob.bh
Good: yup!
----------------------- end of tests -----------------------
Nothing bad found! Majordomo _should_ work correctly.
And then when i run Majordomo i get this :-
./majordomo &
$ mj_majordomo: ABORT
Majordom_at_internic1.uob.bh: is not a valid return address.
sendmail: Message not sent!
sendmail: Couldn't connect to internic1.uob.bh to deliver mail.
sendmail: Message saved in /usr/users/majordom/dead.letter
And it still uses SENDMAIL daemon to send mail.
Any help would be appreciated .
