Software Installation

Hello Fellow Managers -

This should be an easy question to answer. I have been having
problems with a graphical program, and it seems to be related
to the Xserver. I finally looked at the installed software
using setld -i, and noticed that some files were marked as
"installed", some were not marked(not installed), and some
were marked as "incomplete". I am wondering about the
ones marked "incomplete" is this normal? Or, does it mean
something is wrong. When I run setld -l to see which
files have not been installed, the ones marked "incomplete"
do not show up on the list.

Any information on what "incomplete" means would be greatly
appreciated. Especially since one of the incomplete files
is the X servers package OSFER410 which is mandatory for
systems with graphics capabilities(which is where my problem
         seems to be).

Also, I have seen other people mention searching an archive.
Where is this archive located? Or, how do I access it?

Thank you,
Ron Bowman
