restricted shell access

     Managers,
     
     I am using Exceed from my pcs to access my DU nodes.
     
     I need to have set up a user that has restricted access so that they
     cannot control C out of their shell and get a regular prompt.
     
     When they log directly into the Alpha (from the Alpha) I know I can
     setup an executable in in .Xdefaults file and have no .profile
     
     But I do not know what to do when they log in from a PC. I need to
     have them logged in with restricted access.
