Can anyone who's got experience with the xset command tell me where
it gets the font path: information?
If I do xset -q on a vt1300 vs a vax 3100 station vs a digital unix
host we all get different answers....
I'm trying to use mathematica 3.0 and it can't find the "fonts"
unlike version 2.2 could.... and the wolfram folks haven't been much help
... they tell us to put this somewhere locally but we're still
having problems.
On the vt1300 stations, they boot off a Digital Unix host, and then
the person is rlogin-ing into our digital unix host to run mathematica.
On my Vax 3100 station (running vms) I run a dcl command procedure called
rdxterm which does a rshell to the host to open the window.
We're getting a fonts not found error...
and when the one person does xset -q they see:
>The little mathematica icon appears and followed by the warning of the
>improper installation and fonts.

If anyone has this sort of experience and knows what we're doing wrong
let us know...
Thanks in advance. I'll post summaries if ever I get something working.
