Hi list,

I have compiled and linked a large application on AIX, HP-UX and OSF1.
The application compiles and runs ok on AIX and HP, but on the alpha I am
getting the error ...

Unaligned access pid=8383 <psslf> va=0x30040a9846c pc=0x300008b7a1c ra=0x300008b7a1c inst=0xb40d0000

The application continues to run when the error pops up, but data is not
accessed and diplayed.

Most of the files that make up this application are fortran and have been
compiled with F90 V4.1 on the Unix 4.0 operating system.

I have recompiled with the flags -align common and with -align dcommon,
but neither solved the problem.

Does anyone have an idea why I would get this error on the alpha, but not
the other two machine? Does anyone have an idea of how this problem might be
isolated and solved?

Thanks for any help!
