Could anyone comment on their satisfaction level with years 2-3
return to Digital maintenance for AlphaStations?
We have inhouse troubleshooting capability, but if advance replacement
is >1 day shipment, or repair is 2 days from receipt at the
SERVICenter, it seems we are running into a timely repair cycle.
Shipment type is not identified in the warranty, so it could
be 2-3 days just for advance shipment.
Please respond to me directly, and if interested in a summary,
email me directly. I believe a summary of this information is
not suitable for this list. Thank so much for any information.
