Watch out V5.0 firmware+AS500-5/266

Hi, At this moment we have big problems upgrading our 500-5/266 Alpha
workstations using the V5.0 Firmware CD.
Verification/Upgrading fails and the serial console disappears.
After installing a new CPU-board the problems insit.
