Thanks to Michael Matthews and Tim Winders for replying. I have not solved
the problem yet, but Tim mentioned that there are improvements to the ATM
drivers in DUNIX 4.0d. I have to install that version of the OS for other
reasons, so hopefully that will fix the ATM problems at the same time.
