Okay, so I hadn't lost my mind, but the local network here had...
Everyone who has responded (and that is already too many to mention)
pointed out the same old place I have always gone to:

That's where I tried to go, and was told the site was unavailable.
After several responding messages pointed me there, I contacted our net
folks who confirmed the problem was theirs...
