I can't find MPH_OSF_018 script

Hi, Managers,

I have a simple question. I want to use the Monitoring Performance
History(MPH) utility, but I can't execute MPH_OSF_018.CSH command,
described in the Digital UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION manual on page 4-24. I
can find OSFPGMR4100 in the list of setls -l. What will I need do further.
Any suggestions are appreicated.
