NSR in a cluster

Hello Managers.

I have a 4100 cluster running du4.0d, TCR 1.5 and Networker 4.4. I tried
to backup the file systems using NSR, but the only local file systems
were put on tape. The ase owned file systems are associated with other
ip address, so NSR want client license for each service. Is this true ?
How can I backup disk that are associated with an ASE service ?
