Thanks to
Tom Ozanich
<alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com>
For their sugestions.
Tom suggested that a patch available from DEC for a bug in the install
script would correct the problem.
Alan suggested that I try inspect/editing the .scp installation file to
reflected existinf C++ libraries installed on the assumtion that they may
actually be different from what is expected but compatible.
The actual procedure used:
1. Check what C++ Shared libraries are installed. IT was CXLSHRDA???
2. Check sript usage. It was CXXSHRDA???
3. Copy from diskette to HD /tmp/mnt from /mnt directory.
4. Edit the script to use CXLSHRDA???
5. do # setld -l /tmp/mnt
Thanks to all.
Regards
Carmelo
