[Q] Multi media subsets.

Hi Du Admins

We've just received some new 500au personal workstations
with DU 4.0c factory installed.

First question:

I removed some unwanted subsets from one of them including
the multi media subsets. At the next reboot I got
this message:

vmunix: sysconfigtab: attribute Num_Installed in subsystem
           mmsess value/size must be <= 1
   vmunix: Num_Installed:Attribute size/value too large

The value was set to 2. On the other workstations it's
set to 1. So I set it back to 1. That stopped the message
but I don't understand why de-installing the MME subsets
should set it to 2.

Second question:

On all these workstations (with or without the MME subsets)
I get this message on every reboot:

vmunix: mmsess0: Only one DMA channel assignment found
vmunix: mmsess0: Arbitrarily assigning DMA channel 5 to output

Does anyone know what that means?

Thanks
Ian
