Printer filters to reject binary files wanted

I am looking for a printer filter which will reject binary files which are sent
to a printer. We have had a rash of people sending .wav and .pdf files to our
printers. Needless to say, this wastes a lot of paper and upsets people as
well. I did check the archives, but did not find anything which addressed this
problem.
