SUMMARY, part 1: How to kill an Alpha Server

CNTL/P is the key combo that drops the server. What it does is halt CPU
0, and returns to console mode.

This works on 2100/2000s, 8200/8400s, and I believe (though not tested)
4000/4100s.

To bypass/override this:

1) 8200/8400, turn the system key to secure, this disables the console.

2) There should be an SRM variable to disable this. I have a call
logged w/ DEC to get an answer.
