Hello,
sorry for this late summary. Thank's to all who replied.
Generally people suggested to copy data from CD's like Software Product
library and ASociated Products to the disk, then create with "mkisofs"
utility Rockridge filesystem which supoorts long names, and then to burn
this image.
People were doing also dd copy of the CD and then burning the binary
image. However, I had no success on burning such images with Adaptec CD
Creator Deluxe v. 3.01b. It was refusing to work with other images than
ISO or Joliet (Microsoft's filesystem which support long names).
How did I finally copied the bootable UFS CD-ROM? Gear Replicator 1.2
really did not take care of the filesystem and just copied binarilly the
source from CD-reader directly to CD-burner. I was also able to copy SGI
Irix system CD's with EFS filesystem with Gear Repl. 1.2 for Windows (NT).
Here are some sites of interest:

The following page will explain you how bootable CD's work on DOS
and MS Windows based system. The CD image is created from 2 files. The
first-one is the bootable part, the second is the filesyste.
I also received a utility for copying CD's on SGI Indy machine, the source
is from sgi ftp site. It also creates 2 files. So probably this is the way
how bootable CD's work generally. However, I did not test it if it's able
to read UFS CD's.

At least one person was able to duplicate CD's with Adaptec Easy CD
directly.
