Hi ,
I tried a restore with Networker on a file today and got this error.
recover: `./.dayplan.R' grew by 6112 bytes during save
The file came back with 0 bytes
I've seen warnings like this in the savegroup notice
*/usr save: Warning - `/usr/var/adm/pacct' size grew during save
*/usr save: Expected 62984600 bytes for `/usr/var/adm/pacct', got 62985160 bytes
But the above file (dayplan) never had an error or warning and I can't restore
the file. The file is open during the save .
My question is how does one tell if you get a successful backup ?
I'm running Dunix V4.0d and Networker V4.4
