In summary to the various questions regarding ye olde Polycenter
Performance Advisor ( PPA )
In July 1996 DEC sold off amongst other things PPA. Therefore the last
media release on the software update service was on the July 1996 CD's.
The last version to be released was V3.0B. This only supported DEC Unix
V3.X .
If you wanted V4 support of DEC Unix then you require V3.1 of PPA. This
of course is owned by CA, therefore you have to go to them if you
require it. CA will only sell V3.1 up until 31st December 1998 and it
supports only up to V4.0D of DEC Unix.
