Where is libcxx.so?

I tried to install the netscape 4.04 in the DEC workstation. But when
running it, I was told "/sbin/loader: Fatal Error: cannot map libcxx.so".
I cannot find this file in my computer. However, does anyone know if I
can get this lib file from somewhere through internet? Thanks in advance!
