SUMMARY: Problems compiling MySQL

My problem, I think, was that gcc was choking on the "..." syntax in the
function declarations in <c_asm.h>. I used the Dec compilers and it worked
mostly fine. By "mostly", I mean that all the problems I had from that
point on were addressed in the MySQL documentation.
