dual 4/200 to dual 5/300 ?

Hi,
From a novice :-)
I'm on a dual Alpha 2100 4/200 with DU 3.2C
SRM Console V4.3-222
PALcode 1.35
Perhaps a trivial question but :
Could I do an upgrade to dual 5/300?
If possible, is it as simple as
substituting the processor boards. Otherwise,
which is the right procedure?
Any comment will be deeply appreciated
