panic malloc failed: bucket size.....

Hello managers,

        I have a problem with a machine, it shows the next message in the log file:
 vmunix: malloc failed: bucket size=256, # of failures=57000
                                                       ^^^^^^
                                                this number increases until crash
        after this error happend our machine crash, and the system reboots.

It´s a DEC 3000/600 with 64 Mb Ram.
