[Q]Tcp printing to a ln17ps

Hi DU Admins

I'm trying to set up an ln17ps printer from an alpha PW500au
running DU4.0c. I can get it working as a remote printer but not
as a tcp printer.

Using a very simple printcap entry with no filters when I send a
job to the printer it seems to be processed correctly on the unix
box with no errors in any of the logs but nothing comes out on
the printer.

Here's the cut down printcap I'm using:

   tcp|lp3:\
        :ct=tcp:\
        :lf=/usr/adm/tcperr:\
        :lp=_at_ln17ps/printer:\
        :mx#0:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/tcp:

The node ln17ps is defined in /etc/hosts and in DNSr. The service
"printer" was already defined in /etc/services with port number 515
which is correct for this printer.

I tried printcap entries with more parameter settings but
none of them worked.

If anyone has managed to get one of these beasts working as
a tcp printer I'd be grateful if you could send me your printcap
entries and any other configuration settings you needed to
get it to work.

Thanks
Ian
