How to delete routing entries ?

Hi Managers,

On our primary DNS server running DU 4.0b, there is a wrong routing
entry.

I used to remove it by :-
# route delete <IP ADDRESS> <SUBNET MASK> <IP ADDRESS> 1

If the system restarts this wrong entry comes again.

How can i remove it for ever from the system?
