Hello managers,

as my last(?) postscriptum to the above question, i'll add a remark
on my on experiences, with PWS 433au / DU-4.0B + Patchkit 6 / KZPAA-AX...

The PWS came back to my office,
-> i plugged the KZPAA-AX in the next free PCI-slot (#4),
(the internal one sits in slot #3),
-> >>> sho dev "sees" it, including the attached disk,
-> i started a genvmunix with no existing configfile
-> i got it configured in the configfile, made a new /vmunix
-> rebooted my PWS and ...

-> did not see the controller nor the disk while booting to single user mode
listed as psiop2/isp1/pkd0/??? or rz24 or whatever...

It's very disappointing! I think my boss will write a letter on this
to digital headquarters in germany (because this was not mentioned anywhere,
before we ordered that machine) ...

Btw, looking carefully at the boot-logs, i saw a scsi0 with the CD at id 0
and a scsi 1 with no devices and a scsi2 with rz16 (my bootdisk)...
So i have at least 3 scsi-busses (and don't know how to use them
- externally - ... :<)

With regards,

Bernt Christandl
