Hi Managers,
I have put patch kit 5 on couple of 4100s running DU 4.0B
One of the system gives following error message while booting.

                                     DDR: Invalid Database Header
                                        DDR: Unable to access Device
                                         _Information Database for GLOBALs

                                         Error accessing DDR database -
                                         _"defaults" used for SCSI device:

We use Storage Works Raid system (mylex controller)
There has not been any problem with any of the disk / data.

Also, any type of access(read, write, rewind) to the exabyte 8mm drive gives the console message

Mar 27 19:24:36 psp02prd vmunix: [2/4/0] ctape_ioctl: unmapped scsi density code(0x27) - DDR entry needed

( DDR entry DOES exist in ddr.dbase for all the density codes)

But again all the operations(read, write, rew etc) are performed successfully.

Should I reconstruct ddr.db using ddr_config ???

Thanks a lot in advance for any input.

Mukesh.
