How do I make scu changes stick?

I am using scu's change command to modify a mode page on a MO drive.
I cannot, however, seem to make the changes stick across reboots of the
operating system. What simple, silly thing am I doing wrong in scu?
I have tried making this modification on other systems with other MO
drives attached to them with no more success. I am running DU 4.0D
on all of the systems.
