y2k and DEC 3000

Are the DEC alpha 3000/300 and 3000/600 boxes Year 2000 compliant?

Ours were purchased in the middle of 1994.

Are the different components susceptible to y2k problems?

The disk drives, the scsi controller, the turbo card, the memory, the cpu,
the BIOS, the network card....????
