DECevent error type table

I have run DECevent (2.6) on a binary.errlog file, and found a
recurring error entry type ("199") on a hard disk.

I expected the online documentation disk (DECevent Translation and
Reporting Utility) to have a table which mapped these error types to a
description. However, I have not found such a map.

Any advice on where one can be obtained?
