I compiled gcc on a machine runnining DU 4.0 and, it seems to have worked,
however, when I try to make the libs for g++ I get the following error.
./gen-params: could not compile dummy.C with gcc -nostdinc++ -g -O2
**** EXIT 1
Stop.
*** Exit !
Stop.
I'm not exactly sure why I got this error. But, I went to another machine
runnign DU and tared the files to put them in place. However, when I
untarrer them on this machine, I got the error that the include files
needed to be compiled when I tried to run gcc.
