Hello Manager,

Before I applied the latest patches duv40bas0007 on my DU4.0B, my
advfs (with patches AFA_MC040) running pretty good. But just after
applied the patches and rebuild the kernel (required by new
ddr.database), the verify command always cause a memory fault:
# /usr/advfs/verify usr_domain
(...)
Searching for lost files ...
     700
trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode

    faulting virtual address: 0x0000000000000050
0 pc of faulting instruction: 0xfffffc0000334c70
ra contents at time of fault: 0xfffffc00002e6048
sp contents at time of fault: 0xfffffffe8f923988

Anybody experienced the same problem? Appreciated any feedback on how to
get rid of this problem. Thanks!
