Sorry I ask you again, but I cannot handle with this.
I put the lines in the root because from adm don't work properly!!??
Here is my /usr/spool/cron/crontabs/root file:

Every day when the runacct starts it creates an lock and a lastdate files
with the current date and the statefile contain SETUP word. I try to
restart runacct with the command after I removed the lock and lastdate
files:
>runacct 0512 SETUP > /var/adm/acct/nite/fd2log&
but I received the next message in the active05012
command summaries
complete
system accounting completed at Mon
restarting acctg for 0512 at SETUP
previous state was SETUP

file setups probably already run
