Sorry, if I done something wrong, but I do not understand why I do not
receive response to my questions regarding runacct.
Here is my /usr/spool/cron/crontabs/root file:
40 13 * * * find /var/adm/syslog.dated -type d -mtime +14 -exec rm -rf '{}' \;
40 13 * * * find /var/adm \( -name 'pacct*' \) -atime +7 -exec rm -rf {} \;
39 13 * * 1-6 /usr/bin/last >> /usr3/lastall
40 13 * * 1-6 /usr/sbin/acct/runacct 2 > /usr/adm/acct/nite/fd2log&
5 * * * * /usr/sbin/acct/ckpacct&
40 13 1 * * /usr/sbin/acct/monacct&
40 13 * * * /usr/sbin/ac -p /var/adm/acct/nite/timelog&
When runacct starts it create an lock file. Should I remove this file
toghether with lastdate file every day? If lock and lastdate files does
not exist the content of statefile is SETUP.
