The following line appeared in our /var/adm/syslog.dated/18-May/daemon.log
file this afternoon:
May 18 15:23:17 djs202 telnetd[10106]: ttloop: peer died: Not owner
It coincided with users losing their remote sessions with the machine.
We're running 4.0D on this 8400 machine.
